Young Marine & Sissy love me A LOT!
Because we go to the hospital soo much my sister cant go to public school. We cant afford her after school care, and Momma cant work because of my daily care needs, so Sissy has to go to Duke with us! The teachers told us that if she missed school every time we had to go to Duke, my sister would fail school. Momma wants her to be smart, so she homeschools her! Someday Sissy wants to be part of the Soccer Club, but she doesn't mind waiting because she loves me! Whenever Momma is on the phone with providers, Sissy is usually in the other arm being cuddled by Momma. So if you need Momma to write something down, talk slow because she's writing with a little girl in her lap!!!
Big brother spends time with us after school and on the weekends. Although he is special needs too, He is really smart, and loves to read. He likes to cuddle Momma too! Sometimes all 4 of us will sit in the living room reading books! He is super understanding too. Momma can be honest with him about money problems! Sometimes he just agrees with her that we shouldn't spend money on things, and other times he comes up with great plans to make something work without running out of grocery money! For Church Summer Camp 2014 Brother asked Momma if him & Sissy could make jewelry and sell Icecream at Twice As Nice, and a really nice Gentleman that shops there paid for half of their goal! Brother also baked cakes and brownies to sell at Twice as Nice so that he could afford to be a Young Marine! All of his uniforms, fees, and gear has been paid for with his own money from bake sales!
Young Marine & Sissy both have a lot of things that they want to do, but they know that right now is not a good time for all of that. They love me so much that they always tell Momma that I am more important than the things they cant have! It makes Momma feel better!
